Homme de main de Mitsuhirato. Porte toujours un pull rouge et un béret. Il aide notamment son maître à dynamiter la ligne de chemin de fer. Il mène l'expédition qui capture M. Wang, responsable de l'organisation secrète « les Fils du dragon », qui lutte contre Mitsuhirato. Il est arrêté avec ce dernier et Rastapopoulos à la fin de l'album.
