Ozymandias a discuté avec le directeur de la prison pour faire libérer Edgar Jacobi, alias Moloch le Mystique. Il attend Jacobi devant la prison et lui propose un emploi chez Dimensionnel Developments.
Ozymandias lui offre un bureau, et lui confie une tâche que lui seul peut accomplir, ayant fait preuve d’une très grande force de concentration en tant que Moloch le Mystique: il doit analyser des documents et découvrir les erreurs de calculs. C’est un travail qu’il doit garder secret, mais duquel de nombreuses vies dépendent. En réalité, Adrian introduit lui-même les erreurs dans les documents à analyser.
