Sous Linux, pas de problèmes avec l'encodage UTF-8, mais sous Windows les fichiers édités ou les nouveaux fichiers se retrouvent souvent en ISO-8859-1 Western European.

J'ai testé la méthode suivante sans trop de succès :

::-> Cliquer dans la barre de menu "Window" puis sélectionner "Preferences"
::-> Sélectionner "General" puis "Content Types"
::-> Sélectionner dans la partie "Content types" "Text" puis "PHP Content Type"
::-> Dans la textbox "Default encoding", introduire UTF-8, puis cliquer sur le bouton "Update"

J'ai même redémarré Eclipse, puis fait un clean, mais sans succès.
Je vous informerais si je trouve la solution.
