Conseillée à Yoko par sa cousine Ying, Miss Kwan travaille à la Général Bank de Honk-Kong. Elle aide Yoko concernant les recherches sur le film "Le dragon de Honk-Kong", allant même jusqu’à lui fournir des documents confidentiels. C’est elle que Yoko contacte avec le fax quand elle est prisonnière de Tung, lui envoyant le scénario du film page par page. Miss Kwan comprend le message de Yoko et court retrouver Vic et Pol dans la baie de Hong-Kong, le scénario à la main. C’est elle aussi qui prévient la police et la conduit au domicile de Tung pendant que Vic et Pol partent secourir Yoko et Rosée.
