Brad Anderson (né à Jamestown le 14 mai 1924, et mort le 30 août 2015 à The Woodlands), est un auteur de bande dessinée américain.

Il est connu pour avoir créé en 1954 "Marmaduke", série de dessins humoristiques qu'il a animée jusqu'à sa mort et qui a été adaptée au cinéma en 2010.

Anderson sort diplômé de l'École Centrale Brocton à Brocton (New York) en 1942 et s'engage ensuite dans la US Navy jusqu'en 1946. Pendant son service il dessine des bandes pour les publications de l'armée.

Désirant devenir designer industriel, Anderson entre à l'université de Syracuse en bénéficiant du G.I. Bill (programme d'aide à la réinsertion des vétérans de l'armée). Il en sort diplômé en 1951 et commence à travailler pour une société de New York. Cependant, en 1953, il se lance dans la publication de magazines de bande dessinée.

De 1954 à 1956 il dessine le comics strip "Grandpa's Boy".

À partir de 1956 il crée le comics strip "Marmaduke".
