Quand l'ordinateur est sur le point de s'arrêter, les services windows mettent, par défaut, maximum 20 secondes à s'arrêter.
Voici comment faire pour réduire ce temps d'arrêt.

Cliquer sur "Démarrer", "Exécuter..."
Taper "regedit" et cliquer sur "OK".
Chercher la clé suivante :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control


Dans la partie droite de l'éditeur de base de registres, double-cliquer sur la clé WaitToKillServiceTimeout et mettre "4000" dans le champ Données de la Valeur au lieu de 20000 (4000 correspond à 4000 ms ou encore à 4 secondes).
Redémarrer votre machine pour que les changements soient validés.
