Sept ou huit bâtiments, taudis déglingués, constituent le sordide petit village de Meadows Rock. Il n'y a pas d'église, ou d'aucune sorte de bâtiment abritant une quelconque autorité (il y a un unique policier - corrompu - à Meadows Rock), mais il y a un Night Club, le Golden Moon.
J'ai choisi cet endroit pour localiser le village fictif de Meadows Rock car on dit dans la BD qu'il se situe à l'opposé de l'île de la base militaire que je situe elle à proximité de l'ancienne piste d'aviation.
