Je n'arrivais plus à télécharger en FTP(merci à Steph qui m'a dépanné) et je pense que la solution peut vous intéresser.

Si vous avez installé un firewall (pare-feu), (que ce soit celui de Windows XP ou un autre) il est possible que vous ne puissiez pas télécharger des fichiers sur des serveurs FTP, c'est-à-dire dont l'adresse commence par ftp://.

Procédure
Dans ce cas, lancez Internet Explorer puis cliquez sur le menu Outils, sur Options Internet puis ouvrez l'onglet Avancés.
Dans la zone Navigation de la liste d'options, cochez la case devant l'option Utiliser le mode FTP passif.
