Dans Outlook, vous pouvez planifier une réunion avec un correspondant directement à partir de sa fiche contact.
Il vous suffira ensuite de définir les horaires du rendez-vous pour envoyer à votre correspondant une demande de réunion.

Procédure:

Dans la rubrique Contacts d'Outlook, double-cliquez sur le nom du correspondant avec lequel vous souhaitez organiser une réunion.
Cliquez ensuite sur le menu Actions puis sur la commande Nouvelle demande de réunion au contact.

Saisissez alors dans le champ Objet la description de votre réunion, dans le champ Emplacement le lieu du rendez-vous, spécifiez ensuite la date et l'heure du rendez-vous.

Cliquez enfin sur le bouton Envoyer pour faire parvenir à votre correspondant cette demande de réunion.
