Nick Filardi a grandi à New London, en écoutant Small Town Hero, regardant Batman The Animated Series et repoussant les dames. Après des études au Savannah College of Art and Design en 2004, il colorise pour Zylonol Studios sous Lee Loughridge à Savannah, Géorgie, tout en maintenant la prétention de poursuivre un travail «de bureau». Il vit actuellement dans le sud de Philly avec son à trois pattes, Deniro.
