Après la mort du père d'Eliott en 2001, le docteur Sax s'est immiscé dans leur famille… Mais l'enfant au cours des séances découvre que c'est le docteur qui a tué son père ! Horreur pour Eliott en 2022 qui découvre dans cette 4ème réalité, que sa mère et Sax sont mariés et que son père est mort ! Sax a monté un empire grâce au savoir de Petit Eliott, il y a 20 ans.
