Un nouveau troyen circule, et porte les noms suivants (quand est-ce qu'ils vont se mettre d'accord pour donner un seul nom à ces sales bestioles...):
  • Troj-LdPinch-BD
  • BackDoor-CEO
  • Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Joiner.aj
  • Trojan.LdPinch.JM
Une fois confortablement installé chez vous, il tente d'installer des codes malveillants sur la machine et de s'exécuter à chaque démarrage par simple modification de la base de registre. Les données collectées seront stockées dans le fichier C:\pass.bin afin d'être discrètement envoyé vers un site web (infos relatives à ICQ, CuteFTP, Windows Commander, etc., et notamment les mots de passes attachés, les données confidentielles de la configuration POP3 et IMAP du client mail installé, etc.).

Il affichera ensuite une image animée GIF d'un lion accompagné du texte : "You are the king today! Hope U have a R-O-A-R-I-N-G time on your Birthday!".
