Manni ou Mani est un village du département et la commune rurale de Manni (ou Mani), situé dans la province de la Gnagna et la région de l'Est au Burkina Faso.
Géographie
Situation et environnement
Manni est situé à 35 km au nord de Bogandé, le chef-lieu de la province, et à 30 km au sud de Taparko.
Il est en bordure d'un affluent de la rivière Faga, sur lequel a été construit le barrage en remblai de Manni.
Démographie
- En 2003, le village comptait 7 276 habitants estimés.
- En 2006, le village comptait 7 441 habitants recensés.
Histoire
En octobre 2024, y a lieu le massacre d'environ 150 personnes.
