Le manipulateurs d'événements onLoad

onLoad nous permet de déclancher un événement à la fin du chargement d'une page, ce qui nous assure que les divers éléments dont l'événement à besoin (images, applets, plug-ins, etc.) sont biens chargés. Généralement, nous trouvons le manipulateur d'événement onLoad dans le corps du document, mais parfois aussi dans la balise <body> elle-même.
