Lucya grandit à Pripyat avec sa mère, Varvara, et ses trois frères : Viktor, Kirill et Pavel. Elle quitte Pripyat à l'âge de 17 ans pour construire sa propre vie.
Lucya rencontre et épouse Kaz Weiss. Elles sont mariées depuis environ deux ans lorsque Lucya est assassinée par M. Cruz, sur ordre des anciens employeurs de Kaz, Trinity.
Anecdotes
- Lucya est le premier personnage homosexuel confirmé de la série Tomb Raider, avec son épouse Kaz.
