Album n°2 dans la série Robocop - Saga
La criminalité fait rage à Détroit et la police ne sait plus où donner de la tête. Vient s'ajouter à ce fléau une nouvelle drogue, le Nuke, qui commence à proliférer dangereusement au sein de la population… Le maire, qui a endetté sa ville, va devoir laisser une puissante organisation, l'OCP, prendre le contrôle de la cité s'il ne parvient pas à rembourser la dette qu'il a contractée auprès de la firme… Robocop, un policier construit à partir du corps du défunt agent Murphy et de composants électroniques hautement sophistiqués, essaie tant bien que mal, de faire respecter la loi avec l'aide de sa coéquipière.
