Situé dans le monde de la nation comanche au début des années 1700, « Prey » est l'histoire inédite d'une jeune femme, une guerrière redoutable, prête à tout pour protéger son peuple d'un danger imminent. Elle traque et finit par affronter sa proie, qui se révèle être un prédateur extraterrestre très évolué disposant d'un arsenal techniquement avancé, ce qui conduit à une confrontation brutale et terrifiante entre les deux adversaires.
