Alors qu'elles survolent l'océan Pacifique, les agents spéciaux Donna et Taryn se retrouvent parachutés sur une île après la chute de leur appareil. Cette dernière s'avère être habitée par un ancien soldat de l'armée impériale nippone. Sa mission : tuer quiconque tente de mettre la main sur un trésor de guerre dérobé aux Philippines. Rapidement, l'île va devenir le théâtre d'un affrontement sans merci entre criminels, mercenaires et agents fédéraux envoyés à la rescousse par le gouvernement américain.
