Captain Comet gets used to not living with villains with a new apartment (and meets a new neighbor that seems familiar), and works with the JLA to stop the Secret Society's latest gambit, with various villainous Captains going after other captains. The Secret Society gets a new assignment at the end from a mysterious figure.
