Capitaine America piégé dans le corps de Red Skull en envoyé par ce dernier sur l'île des Exiles grâce au Cosmic Cube. Il rencontre les Exiles (Baldini, Chang, Cadavus, Hauptmann, Gruning et Krushki) qui l'attaquent car ils souhaitent la mort du Red Skull. Il est secouru par Redwing. Pendant ce temps, Red Skull profite de la célébrité de Capitaine America dont il a investi le corps. Sur l'île, le vrai Capitaine America qui a enlevé le masque du Red Skull rencontre The Falcon et le convainc d'endosser un costume.
