Il était le bras droit du chef Ségrégationnix dont il était amoureux de sa fille, la belle Fanzine. Mais après plusieurs échecs en essayant d’aider l’armée romaine, Acidenitrix kidnappe finalement Fanzine. Il se fait capturer par Barbe-Rouge avant de perdre un combat contre le futur mari de Fanzine, Comix. Il est alors devenu l’esclave des Romains.
Il peut être atteint de triméthylaminurie à cause de sa fâcheuse tendance à sentir le hareng.
