  • Un type particulier de maison est la villa.
    Pour une villa, nous devons pouvoir déterminer

    • si la villa possède un grand jardin.
    NB  
    • prix total : prix par unité * surface
    • si la villa possède un grand jardin, +10%
    • astuce : nous pouvons utiliser un type Collection pour stocker les pièces de la villa.
  • Un autre type particulier est le loft
    • un loft ne possède pas de jardin, mais peut posséder un balcon.
    • un loft ne comporte qu'une seule pièce.
    NB :
    • prix total : prix par unité * surface
    • si le loft possède un balcon, +5%
