    ep-a Copie le fichier fich_a dont l’extension est .ext dans le répertoire rep_a du volume D.

  • XCOPY *.* D


    Copie tous les fichiers du répertoire courant à la racine du volume D (Attention que les sous répertoires ne sont pas copiés).

  • XCOPY *.* D:/s


    Copie tous les fichiers du répertoire courant à la racine du volume D (Ici les sous répertoires et leur contenu sont copiés).

  • XCOPY *.* D: /s /m


    Idem que la commande précédente mais cette fois ci en désactivant l’attribut archive. Dans ce cas XCOPY (avec l’option /m) ne copie que les fichiers dont l’attribut archive est activé.
