Contrôleur de mémoire cache
Le contrôleur de mémoire cache est l’un des deux éléments principaux de la mémoire cache. Constitué d’un processeur spécialisé qui contient toute la logique nécessaire à son fonctionnement et qui comprend un index d’adresses (qui stocke, au fur et à mesure, les adresses mémoires principales de toutes les informations copiées dans le cache) et un comparateur (qui met en correspondance les requêtes du microprocesseur et le contenu de l’index d’adresses).
