Chef d'une tribu slave qui, en 1127, après avoir unifié une grande partie du territoire syldave, remporta une victoire écrasante contre l'armée turque lors de la bataille de Zileheroum (Klow). Hveghi devient par la suite roi de Syldavie sous le nom de Muskar Ier.
