Will Reeves, enquêtant, voit un projecteur chargé dans un camion étiqueté «F.T. & Fils. W. Marché de Washington, New York, NY. »
Reeves suit le camion, et découvre le plan de Cyclope : introduire des messages subliminaux dans des films pour pousser les noirs à l’émeute. Le Juge Masqué tue "F.T." (Fred trump) et tout le monde dans son entrepôt, vole sa technologie et incendie le bâtiment.
