Né le 4 mai 1978 à Saint-Jean-Albert dans les Pyrénées-Orientales, Horne se forme à la bande dessinée avec Sternis qui signe avec lui plusieurs albums chez Vents d’Ouest. Puis il travaille avec Corbeyran pour le magazine Hors-Série chez Bayard Presse. Tout naturellement, le scénariste pense à lui pour reprendre sa série Le Maître de Jeu, tâche dont Horne s’acquitte dans un souci de respect des précédents codes graphiques, tout en y ajoutant sa « touche » personnelle. Il a également publié en 2015 "Lennon", qui dans l'intimité du Dakota building, se confie à sa psy. , "Réincarnations" et en 2016, "Le quatrième mur", l’histoire d’un enfer et "Watch Dogs", un polar adapté du jeu vidéo.
