Tomeu Morey est un dessinateur,coloriste et designer espagnol travaillant pour l'industrie du comics book. Il est né à Palma de Mallorca en 1978 et travaillé longtemps dans son pays natal. En 2009 il commence une carrière aux Etats Unis en colorisant pour l'éditeur DC comics.
