Née et élevée à Rovigo dans un milieu artistique, Ketty Formaggio est une coloriste numérique de premier plan d'illustrations pour les livres, de magazines et de bandes dessinées. Son nom est lié principalement aux personnages de "Lupo Alberto" et "Tea Stilton". Pour le marché italien elle a eu l'occasion de travailler pour deux personnages historiques tels "Dylan Dog" et plus récemment, "Huntik". Ces dernières années, elle a franchi les frontières nationales avec la publication d'un certain nombre de travaux pour le marché français, «Galope comme le vent" (Soleil Éditions), «Les enragés du Normandie-Niemen" et "Black Birds" (Zephyr Éditions), ce dernier sur des dessins de Giuseppe de Luca.
