Auteur-illustrateur installé à Aix-en-Provence, François Cerminaro a travaillé, pendant plusieurs années, dans la célèbre librairie spécialisée BD de la ville aujourd’hui fermée, La Bulle Noire. Il a participé en tant qu’auteur complet à de nombreux collectifs (Innuat, les productions Stakhano, etc.). Il publie sa première BD en 2009 dans le cadre de la collection BD Jazz aux éditions Nocturne en proposant le superbe tome consacré à Gerry Mulligan. Aujourd’hui, il est coloriste pour plusieurs éditeurs en attendant d’être édité pour des projets plus personnels. On peut voir son travail de mise en couleurs dans les séries suivantes : Les Zaliens chez Soleil, Alter Ego – Delia, Agence Interpol ou encore Buck Danny chez Dupuis.
