The heroes begin to wonder what's happening as some heroes are remembered while others aren't on this Earth, and why weren't Superman [Earth-2] and Flash [Jay Garrick], as well as other heroes not able to return back to their respective worlds after the battle at the dawn of time. Harbinger then explains the multiverse is no more as a result of that battle, as a single universe is now in existence with aspects from each surviving world. Flash [Barry Allen] sacrificed his life so that the 5 universes could live, but the villains, led by Lex Luthor (Earth-1) and Brainiac, attempt to take control of all 5 universes by attacking the weaker of the 5: 4, S, and X. The remaining 2 universes, 1 and 2, then send their heroes to combat this menace. Meanwhile, a splinter group of six Guardians gives Guy Gardner a power ring, though five of them appear to die.Informations de publication
