Utilisateurs des PowerToys, vous connaissez certainement l'utilitaire X-mouse qui permet de rendre active n'importe quelle fenêtre au survol de la souris, sans avoir à cliquer dessus. Un simple changement de la base de registre permet de le faire.
Cherchez la clé

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse


dans le panneau de droite créez une valeur DWORD appelée ActiveWindowTracking.
Donnez-lui ensuite la valeur 1.
